THE WINDOM SCHOOL BOARD MEETS AT 6:30 THIS EVENING AT THE CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS.  THE BOARD WILL REVIEW THE 2020 DISTRICT AUDIT REPORT.  THE BOARD WILL APPROVE PAYMENT OF CONTRACTOR’S BILLS FOR WORK ON BUILDING PROJECTS.  A REVISED BUDGET WILL BE PRESENTED FOR THE 2022 FISCAL YEAR.  THE BOARD WILL REVIEW A 2021-22 CENSUS REPORT.  A RESOLUTION WILL BE PRESENTED TO APPROVE AN APPLICATION TO THE STATE HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE FOUNDATION.  FURTHER DISCUSSION WILL BE HELD ON A POSSIBLE SOLAR PANEL PROJECT.  THE BOARD WILL HEAR AN UPDATE ON COVID-19 ISSUES INCLUDING THE NUMBER OF POSITIVE CASES AMONG STAFF AND STUDENTS. 
 
A REGULAR MEETING OF THE RED ROCK CENTRAL SCHOOL BOARD WILL BE HELD AT 5:00 THIS AFTERNOON AT THE SCHOOL BUILDING IN LAMBERTON.  THE BOARD WILL ACCEPT SOME STAFF AND COACHING RESIGNATIONS.  STUDENT ACTIVITY ACCOUNTS WILL BE APPROVED.  THE BOARD WILL APPROVE A STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE CHILDREN’S INTERNET PROTECTION ACT.  THERE WILL BE AN UPDATE ON THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT.  THE BOARD AUTHORIZE THE FINANCIAL ADVISORS TO PROCEED WITH A BOND SALE TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SCHOOL BUILDING.  THE 2020 DISTRICT AUDIT REPORT WILL BE REVIEWED.   
 
THE WINDOM CITY TELE-COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION MEETS AT 6:00 TONIGHT AT THE WINDOM COMMUNITY CENTER.  THE WINDOM-NET MANAGER WILL PROVIDE UPDATES ON CURRENT PROJECTS AND PLANS FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.  A REPORT WILL BE PRESENTED ON ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES. THE COMMISSION WILL REVIEW A PROPOSED RATE STRUCTURE FOR THE NEW STREAMING VIDEO SERVICE INCLUDING PACKAGED RATES FOR BUNDLED SERVICE.  THE COMMISSION MAY VOTE ON A RECOMMENDATION TO THE WINDOM CITY COUNCIL.   THERE WILL BE AN UPDATE ON PLANS TO IMPLEMENT THE STREAMING VIDEO SERVICE. 
                                                
THE MURRAY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL MEET AT 8:30 TUESDAY MORNING AT THE MURRAY COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER IN SLAYTON.  COUNTY EMPLOYEE PAUL KIRCHNER WILL BE RECOGNIZED ON HIS RETIREMENT.  THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR WILL HAVE AN UPDATE ON AN ‘OSHA’ REPORT INVOLVING THE HEATING AND VENTILATION SYSTEM AT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CENTER.  THE BOARD WILL REVIEW THE PROPOSED 2022 COUNTY BUDGET AND PROPERTY TAX LEVY IN PREPARATION FOR THE ANNUAL TAX AND BUDGET HEARING.
