A Celebration of Life Visitation for 57-year old Larry Welcher of rural Windom will be held from 2:00pm until 4:00pm on Friday, July 8th at The LaCanne Family Celebration of Life Center in Windom. Military honors will follow outside The Celebration of Life Center immediately following the visitation. Larry Welcher passed away on July 1st at his home in rural Windom.
