Today is National Body Language Day. Believe it or not you can THINK you are being kind or polite, but your body language gives your true feelings away. During the first Friday in October, National Body Language Day recognizes the significance of nonverbal communication in your life. Your body language can make or break a relationship to a loved one or a stranger! Body Language is silent messages you don’t realize you are sending in your interactions with others. From a smile to a shoulder shrug, your body is revealing your emotions and thoughts. BE VERY AWARE you could destroy a person or make a person’s day without saying anything at all. And if you are of the destroying or unaware of what your body language does to a person remember today October 7th officially marks the sweet and salty goodness of National Chocolate Covered Pretzel Day. Whether they are dipped in dark, milk or white chocolate, be sure to celebrate every mouthwatering pretzel bite, because your body cannot be grumpy or insincere or not joyful if you are eating chocolate covered pretzels.
